Patrice Dangel trained at the École Boulle in the engraving section and later studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He began his career at a renowned foundry, where he soon specialized in restoring art objects. Surrounded by prestigious merchants and exceptional artifacts, he started designing his own creations in the 1980s. His work debuted at Pierre Passebon’s Galerie du Passage, where he met decorator Jacques Grange and began a lasting collaboration. He subsequently worked with the Alexandre Biaggi gallery and partnered with leading international decorators on prestigious projects worldwide. Today, he sculpts lighting fixtures and furniture, shaping his ideas into reality through plaster and bronze.
Vosges manufactures in France luxury tables for unique and high-end residential projects. We work mostly for luxury residential projects. Every piece follows the movement’s core principles: clean lines, organic forms, and a precise balance between form and function. Furthermore, each creation is reinterpreted through the lens of French savoir-faire.
We craft all our pieces 100% in France, upon order. Our skilled craftsmen execute every detail to the highest standards within our own workshops. In addition, our design office prepares shop drawings and provides samples for approval before production begins.
Our team also designs and crafts pieces directly from your drawings or images. We can reproduce an original model. We equally work from your own samples to finish your orders.
Patrice Dangel and Vosges share a number of clients and collaborate on selected furniture pieces, bringing together complementary expertise in sculptural design, exceptional materials, and French craftsmanship.
