Silver leaf embossing with Greek key pattern. Leather wrapped grommet. Varnished Oak for drawer’s inside. Maison Jansen was a Paris-based interior decoration office of the first half of the 20thcentury. The firm produced new work in the Louis XIV, Louis XV, Louis XVI, Directoire and further Empire styles. It also expanded to new trends (Art Nouveau, Art Deco and successive modern styles) and influences (Anglo-Japanese style, Turkish style…)
